Frequently Asked Questions:

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING? 
- All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.
- Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment.
- You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? 
Most items should be delivered within 11 – 21 days of shipping date. 
For other specialty items, please allow up to 28 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Please note delivery times increase around holidays. International orders might take longer.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 
In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED? 
If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll either  issue a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case by case basis).

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.
